Requirements

What you'll actually do

• Instruct and monitor Inventory Control employees' work practices and conformance with procedures
• Provide guidance to production staff to achieve daily production targets and delivery requirements
• Collaborate with Materials Supervisor to establish work schedules and determine staffing needs
• Resolve production and quality problems by working with the appropriate departments
• Perform quality checks during shifts to assure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure adequate levels of materials and consumables are available and order supplies as needed
