Requirements

Must have

  • Lead level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years of inventory control experience
  • 3+ years of logistics industry experience
  • 3+ years of management experience in a unit pick environment
  • 1+ years of client relationship, staff management and objective setting experience
  • Metric development and reporting across cross-functional leadership
  • Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS or SAP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Management experience at a large company

What you'll actually do

  • Provide leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team
  • Develop and progress key customer relationships and operational partnerships
  • Set the strategic direction for initiatives around inventory control and inventory planning
  • Ensure inventory control KPIs outlined in the commercial agreement are met
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and shrink requirements are monitored and reported to site leadership
  • Manage site hourly and exempt associates, including performance reviews and development plans
