Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human services, business or public administration, or related field
Or 3–5 years of relevant grant, project, budget or compliance coordination experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and shared document systems
Ability to interpret grant agreements and reporting instructions
Experience tracking budgets, invoices, vouchers, and performance measures
Experience with electronic grant portals and project-management systems
Knowledge of healthcare confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
Ability to analyze data and prepare concise reports for leadership and funders

Experience in healthcare, human services, population health, or a grant-funded environment

Coordinate grants and awards, ensuring deliverables meet hospital and funder expectations and contract terms
Coordinate implementation of grant activities with staff and collaborating partners
Act as a liaison with funders and collaborating partners on project and grant deliverables
Prepare and submit grant and project reports, data, financial metrics and narratives
Review financial data with Finance and Operations to track grant spending, vouchering and reimbursement
Develop grant and project proposals and renewals with Operations, Finance and other departments

Salary: $25–$35 / hr
