Salary - $22.25–$24.50 / hr
Requirements
Must have
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving history acceptable to the company
- Remain eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws
- 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (no THC)
- Ability to use GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) devices
- Ability to work additional hours and overtime based on business need
- Lift up to 70 lbs, push and pull up to 400 lbs with hand carts, maneuver up to 130 lbs
- At least 21 years of age
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of truck driving experience (16ft or longer straight truck) or comparable
- High volume package delivery experience
What you'll actually do
- Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers
- Organize and load product for delivery using the manifest for the most efficient route
- Provide customer support and accept product returns
- Ensure safe work practices and foster the safety culture
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
