Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
TIG welding of stainless steel and mild steel pipe
Reading blueprints
Fabrication and use of grinders, forklift, welding machines, and hand and power tools
Mechanical and math aptitude
Pass pre-hire physical including hair follicle drug test
Lifting up to 70 pounds
Standing 50% of the time in a high noise-level environment

Read bills of material and engineering drawings and lay out work accordingly
Lay out, position, align, fit and TIG weld parts per work orders and blueprint layouts
Assemble and fabricate engineered systems for the liquid handling industry
Set up and operate gas welding machines and plasma arc torches
Train less experienced employees in set-up and quality production standards
Operate saws, drills, taps and brake presses, and perform assembly work as needed
