Salary - $21–$24 / hr
Requirements
Must have
- Legal status to reside and work in the US for reasons other than practical training
- Basic computer skills (MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
- Adherence to Quality Policy and ISO 9001 procedural requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work safely in a production environment
- Lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk 8-12 hours per day
- Wear PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses and ASTM F-2413-2005 steel toe footwear
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
What you'll actually do
- Troubleshoot quality through visual inspections and testing using precision instruments and equipment
- Conduct tests on products and samples to determine compliance with the QPM, industry standards and customer specifications
- Evaluate test results and determine product conformance or non-conformance
- Maintain records of quality tests, production and product conformance
- Prepare and forward quality equipment certifications
- Maintain laboratory and quality equipment certifications
