Requirements

Lead level
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Experience with high volume resistance welding and robotic welding in manufacturing
Proficient skills in MS Office and Outlook
At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
Able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays)
Pre-employment screening (background check, drug screen)
Stand and/or walk for long periods while bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting

Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees such as inspectors and operators
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals
Enforce safety regulations and stop production when unsafe parts or conditions appear
Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
Conduct employee training in equipment operations and work and safety procedures
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders and company policies for workers
