Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Experience maintaining product, pricing or inventory databases
Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ or business management systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data validation and reporting
Experience with product catalogs, estimating systems or configuration tools
Experience collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers or distribution partners
Knowledge of electronic security, construction, technology products or related industries

Maintain and update product data within Solomon, Oracle CPQ and SAP systems
Create, modify and validate product descriptions, categories, pricing information and attributes
Maintain estimating and configuration-related product information used by sales and operations
Review product records for accuracy, consistency, completeness and compliance with standards
Coordinate with strategic suppliers to gather product information, specifications and changes
Research and resolve data discrepancies, inaccuracies and product-related issues

Salary: $22–$25 / hr
