Must have

  • Lead level
  • High school degree
  • 3-4 years experience in a related field
  • Computer literate
  • On-call availability during evenings, nights and weekends
  • Occasional lifting under 50 lbs

What you'll actually do

  • Assist the supervisor with staffing, monitoring call flow and adherence to departmental guidelines
  • Cover sick calls, vacations and holidays as a working lead
  • Problem-solve and intervene on customer service issues at the first level
  • Assist in training new hires and develop training and support materials
  • Audit registrations for data entry format, insurance accuracy and appropriate diagnosis
  • Identify errors, problems and issues and suggest corrections
