Requirements
Must have
- Lead level
- High school degree
- 3-4 years experience in a related field
- Computer literate
- On-call availability during evenings, nights and weekends
- Occasional lifting under 50 lbs
What you'll actually do
- Assist the supervisor with staffing, monitoring call flow and adherence to departmental guidelines
- Cover sick calls, vacations and holidays as a working lead
- Problem-solve and intervene on customer service issues at the first level
- Assist in training new hires and develop training and support materials
- Audit registrations for data entry format, insurance accuracy and appropriate diagnosis
- Identify errors, problems and issues and suggest corrections
