Requirements
Must have
- 1-2 years' experience painting with sprayer
- Familiarity with spray equipment maintenance, adjustments and clean-up
- Able to produce automotive quality finishes
- Basic math skills and understanding of how to use measuring devices
- Able to work as part of a team
- Prolonged periods of standing and painting
- Adequate balance and ability to climb ladder
- Able to distinguish among colors
Nice to have
- Experience in prepping and applying industrial coatings
- Forklift experience
What you'll actually do
- Prepare parts per procedures for coating application
- Utilize pressure pot with HVLP guns to apply coatings
- Maintain all paint shop equipment in top working condition
- Load and unload part racks
- Mix paint and tints
