What you'll actually do
- Assist in leading energizing, fun, safe and educational youth classes
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and safe facility
- Respond to emergency situations, taking the lead from supervisor
- Adhere to procedures for managing high-risk activities and supervising youth
- Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations
- Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements
