Requirements
Must have
- Mid level
- 3+ years of business development and/or relationship management experience
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Able to complete tasks efficiently and independently
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of or experience working in healthcare field
What you'll actually do
- Research and manage relationships with agency sites for student field experiences
- Oversee clinical affiliation agreements, including developing, renewing and terminating contracts
- Serve as first point of contact for faculty, students and partners regarding field experiences
- Coordinate and attend events including the Clinical Partner Summit and consortium meetings
- Monitor and secure adequate inventory for academic planning and student scheduling
- Complete real-time data entry into systems of record and extract data from partner CRM systems
