Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, education, psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of curriculum development and instructional delivery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Experience in an aviation training program under parts 61, 91(k), 135, 121
- Familiarity with 14 CFR 61/91/91(k)/135
- FAA Pilot Certificate, Dispatcher Certificate, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven experience in customer service best practices
What you'll actually do
- Design, update and deliver flight operations training programs aligned with FAA regulations
- Lead classroom and hands-on sessions
- Monitor regulatory changes and update training manuals, syllabi and lesson plans
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
- Partner with flight operations leadership and safety teams and support audits
- Maintain training records, track compliance and report completion status
