Requirements

Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a 15-passenger van
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in youth development, sports management, or related fields
Knowledge of coaching and sports-based youth development principles
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Dedication to restorative practices and a strength-based, youth development approach
Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for game and event schedules

Manage all home games for Urban Dove League
Assist the Director of Youth Development and Instructional Coach with administrative tasks
Supervise student interns and post-game clean up
Set up fields and gyms for flag football, volleyball and basketball games
Confirm officials, secure transportation and update the UDL calendar
Report behavioral and injury incidents to the Athletic Manager, SSS and leadership
